Alishka Counterpart Lab

Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026

The service

These terms cover Alishka Counterpart Lab at counterpart.infinet.services. The lab is a place to train negotiation: learn a move, run a drill, rehearse a conversation, prepare a sheet, keep a journal, and review the result. The lab trains you. It does not negotiate for you, and it does not promise an outcome in a real conversation.

Your account

You need an account. You can register with an email address and a password, then confirm a 6 digit code we send you, or you can sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private.

What you store here

Journal entries, preparation sheets, simulation notes, and other text you add should be material you are allowed to store. Do not place another person's confidential information in the lab unless you have the right to keep it there.

Scores and reviews

Scores, feedback, and session reviews are training aids. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You decide what you say outside the lab.

Optional connections

Codex, Cursor, and Perplexity are optional. If you connect one, that provider's own terms also apply. You are responsible for the logins and API keys you attach. The lab stores each connection for that user only and uses it for tasks you start.

Acceptable use

Do not try to open another person's account, disrupt the lab, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that abuses the service or puts other accounts at risk.

Availability and changes

The lab is provided as available. Practice tools, optional model connections, and email delivery can fail or change. We may update the lab and these terms. When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes. If you keep using the lab after an update, you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, InfiNet and the operators of Alishka Counterpart Lab are not liable for a negotiation result, lost training data, or a decision you make from a score or a journal review. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
